Baudains Executive Services (BES) was launched in 2006 with the aim of providing boutique style high quality recruitment, coaching and consultancy services for professionals predominantly within the offshore finance and legal industries. Registered as a Jersey recruitment agency and having gained a strong reputation for providing an excellent executive recruitment service in Jersey, we have since broadened the range of candidates we now work with. We focus on jobs in Jersey but also assist clients in many different offshore jurisdictions that have contract and permanent opportunities. Since the business was launched, BES has always been totally flexible with regards to meeting times and venues – we will meet at a time and venue that is convenient for you and we regularly do meet candidates outside of ‘normal office hours’ which includes the weekend.

Andrew Baudains, Founder and Managing Director has a wealth of business and recruitment experience and has focused on the executive recruitment market since 2003.
Laura Daggett joined BES in November 2014 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with over 6 years’ recruitment experience and she was promoted to the position of Associate Director in January 2017. Laura now works as a Senior Associate and supports BES on large outplacement assignments and specific recruitment campaigns.
Gino Grassini joined BES in October 2016 as a Consultant and he was promoted to the position of Senior Consultant in January 2020, bringing with him extensive Banking and Operations experience. Gino works closely with candidates at the junior to middle-management level across the offshore Financial and Legal sectors.
BES is supported by an Office Manager who deals with many administrative duties so that the Consultants can constantly focus on candidate and client matters.
