We collect and process sensitive data for recruitment and consultancy purposes. Should you wish to register with BES you will have a face to face interview prior to us working on your behalf. At this meeting you will be required to complete a candidate declaration form which will explain our data protection and privacy policies.
Do we pass data to third parties?
With your consent we will process and pass on your personal data to prospective employers for the purpose of recruitment.
How is this data safeguarded?
The security of your data is paramount. Access to your personal data is only given to our staff and all staff sign and comply with a detailed confidentiality agreement.
How do we let you know if our policy changes?
The BES policy is to store your details in both electronic and manual formats for 2 years. Should you require an alternative time span please contact us.
